Dear Friends:

1. THURSDAY NOON VIGIL FOR PEACE
2. WAR IS A DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE THING

==================
1. THURSDAY NOON VIGIL FOR PEACE
Our weekly noon vigils are on Thursdays. We vigil for peace in front of the Rolla Post Office THIS THURSDAY, April 8, (and all subsequent Thursdays until peace is established) from Noon to 1:00 PM. Please try to join us. The temperature is predicted to be in the low 50s under mostly sunny skies. If you do not feel comfortable standing with us in front of the Post Office, please consider driving by and showing your support for our message by honking your horn and flashing a peace sign.
2. WAR IS A DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE THING
Glenn Greenwald discusses the cold blooded massacre of two Reuters journalists, children, and those who came to their rescue in Iraq during July, 2007. Greenwald concludes correctly that this is not an isolated incident, but a completely commonplace occurance in our war against the people of Iraq, (click here). See the US military's own video at (click here). "90% of what occurs in that video has been commonplace in Iraq for the last 7 years, and the 10% that differs is entirely based on the fact that two of the gentlemen killed were journalists."
